Does the app record my piano?

No. Audio is analyzed live and immediately discarded — only the measured numbers are kept, on your device. See the privacy policy.

How many keys do I need to play?

The more the better. Around 20 keys across bass, middle, and treble is enough for a confident verdict; playing everything gives the fullest picture.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open the upgrade screen (Plus & Pro) and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases follow your Apple ID.

How do I move my pianos to a new device?

Export each piano from the Pianos screen (long-press → Export Data), send the files to the new device, and use the import button at the top of the Pianos screen.

I'm a technician — how do customer reports work?

Measure before you tune, measure after, select both sessions and tap Compare, then Customer Report (PDF). Your business details go on the header the first time and are remembered. Share by email, text, or AirDrop.
